La Chapelle
The regions covered by Cabinet International are the unspoiled woods and hills of the departments of Midi Pyrenees and the area near Toulouse, Tarn and Garonne, Lot and Garonne, Lot and Gers, crossed by five major rivers, and lying to the west of Montauban.
Toulouse, with it’s International airport is not more than an hour from all the properties offered for sale by Cabinet International, and the region is diagonally crossed by the A62 motorway. The Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts, and Pyrenees mountains are about two hours away.
Halle Charretteau, Auvillar
The region is essentially rural with a mild Mediterranean type climate, free from persistent winds like the Mistral. Known as the California of Europe, it is famous for it’s fine wines and fruits.
Now Cabinet International has a second office in Valence d’Agen, which permits us to cover a larger area, as far north as Montcuq and Cahors, an along the Tarn valley to the East.
