The Cabinet International was established in France in 1962

The Cabinet International is an Anglo-French Estate Agency created in 1962 by it British Principals and registered in Montauban under B 413 491 218.
The Principals, Ettrick (Eric) Sadler and Gloria Sadler, are both graduates in French Property Law fromToulouse University, in consequence of which they were both accorded Cartes Professionnelle N° 71 by the French Government.

The two orignal Principals have since been joined by their two daughters
Jeza Wehrn-Sadler and Marie Wehrn-Sadler.

The Region

The region covered by the Cabinet International is in the unspoiled wooded and hilly rural region of the southern Tarn et Garonne, crossed by five major rivers, and which lies about 20 miles west of the city of Montauban.

It is diagonally crossed by the A62 (Bordeaux– Toulouse) Autoroute.

Virtually every part of this region is within about one hour’s drive of
Toulouse International Airport.
The region is essentially rural with a mild Mediterranean –type of climate,
free from persistant winds like that of the Mistral.
Known as the California of Europe, it is famous for its fine wines and fruit.
